1 familiarize your self with the functions of the site

Know who you are downloading from

Most pages are quite long, holding info and graphics for roughly 10 games

Betas can be fun, but I find if I play one, I lose interest by the time the full game is ready for release

When you find one you are interested in, at the bottom of the post is a link to the  download link

depending on your internet connection a download might take a few minutes, to a few hours. Cable broadband is the fastest. If you don't have a lot of speed from your IP I  would only go 1 file at a time. when I had roadrunner it was no problem doing several at a time. DSL isn't the greatest so I usually only do one at a time..

 Example, DSL gives me 352kb per second, now that is the max amount of transfer I can get, If I download 2 or more, that 352 is split between the files, and not always evenly ( ex 75 / 277)
